Hi, welcome to 'Deva' your prospective holiday property in Sutton-on-Sea. Sutton-on-Sea is situated 2 miles from Mablethorpe, 7 miles from Chapel St. Leonards and 15 miles from Skegness.

Deva is located on Station Road (LN12 2HN) in Sutton on Sea with the beautiful blue flag beach within an easy 5 minutes walk. Shops, pubs and restaurants in Sutton on Sea are all within the same distance.

The property sleeps 8/9 people and comprises of a 21' lounge with a 3-piece suite and a further settee. There is a large dining table which comfortably seats 8 people. Freeview TV, DVD player, video and CD/Radio player are installed. There is a DVD and video library available. The kitchen has fridge, freezer, washing machine and an electric oven. Downstairs also contains a single bedroom and a family bathroom. Upstairs comprises of 1 double en-suite with a toilet, wash basin and a thermostatically controlled power shower, 1 twin bedded room, one single and a second double room (with space for a Z-bed/cot if required).There is a lawned front garden and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, pond (covered), garden furniture, barbecue and a rotary line.

All bedrooms are fully furnished. Central heating throughout. All bed linen and towels are provided (except for cot). Gas/electric included. Parking for 2 cars. Sorry - No pets.

Please be advised that the cot/high chair/booster seat are free of any extra charges. The Z bed incurs an extra cost of £50 per week.

When your preferred date has been agreed, a booking form will be sent to you. The dates will be reserved for 14 days, awaiting deposit of £50 (non-refundable).

Pubs and Restaurants

The Bacchus Hotel, situated on the High Street in Sutton on Sea, offers a warm and friendly atmosphere and good food at reasonable prices. They have introduced a micro brewery which now produces a very good brew. There is a weekly programme of events including a quiz, live music and bingo.The bar menu offers themed nights as well as an a la carte menu.

The Beach Bar, situated on the promenade in Sutton on Sea above the childrens paddling pool, serves good basic meals and caters well for children with pool tables and games machines in the family room.

Along the High Street in Sutton on Sea are various take-away establishments serving fish and chips to Pizza's.

There are three cafes in Sutton on Sea offering snacks etc.

Activities

Apart from the obvious stretches of beach Sutton on Sea provides a children's paddling pool, play area, all weather football/basketball court and tennis courts. There is also flat green Bowls available.

The flat Sutton on Sea promenade stretches north to Mablethorpe and south to Sandilands and beyond making it ideal for walks or bike rides.

Places of Interest

Within easy reach of Sutton on Sea is Skegness (15 miles), Mablethorpe (2 miles), Chapel St. Leonards (6 miles) and the market town of Alford (7 miles) which offers a full working windmill and a Manor House.

For those wishing to travel further afield there is Cleethorpes (29 miles), Grimsby (30 miles) and Horncastle (20 miles).
